The two positions of the innovative Elastic Restraint Device (ECD) allow, by rotation of 180 °, to provide dorso-lumbar or lumbosacral support depending on the location of the pain and the degree of physical activity practiced. In the dorso-lumbar position, stabilization of the inter-vertebral joints and in the lumbosacral position, stabilization of the sacroiliac joints. Two systems facilitate adjustment: a system for opening and closing the body of the belt with a thumb-grip, a Velpeau lock system for the Elastic Restraint Device (ECD).
